In May of 2021, Elijah Carder was seriously injured by high levels of radiofrequency (RF) microwave radiation when two cellular antennas were installed on the outside wall of his apartment bedroom. Several days after the antennas were installed, he woke with a headache and other strange symptoms to include a tingling sensation down the right side of his body. He relayed that "this has been the most painful experience of my life, pure unadulterated pain, beyond anything I had ever imagined possible, moving all around my brain."
Before this, Elijah lived a healthy, California life. He had a job he loved as an environmental analyst, walked and ran 4-6 miles a day, enjoyed gardening, shopped local and organic, and was in great health. Since he was injured, his life and health has been destroyed.
Soon after the injury he was forced to leave his home to avoid further injury, and was temporarily housed by family and friends. When he finally found his own place to live, he was isolated from friends and family and from daily life, because of the symptoms that kept him in pain and exhausted and prevented him from any social life and from managing daily things like grocery shopping. This has caused depression to set in.
Elijah suffers with Microwave Syndrome, which is documented by our own government. You can read more about microwave syndrome, also known as Havana Syndrome here. For two and a half years, despite working with multiple specialists and taking numerous brain seizure and painkiller prescriptions and therapies Elijah experiences debilitating pain on a daily basis and is often bedridden.
Unfortunately, Elijah has learned that his injuries and pain are probably lifelong.
Elijah has been left with no choice but to sue T-Mobile and the apartment complex for harm as well as other causes incurred by Elijah. You can see the lawsuit below.
"Near and constant exposure to wireless devices has caused increasing concern among scientists, health care professionals, psychologists, educators and the public who are now considering this is not only a public health issue but a looming public health crisis.” RF radiation is a serious public health threat that is being ignored by the regulating authority the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as well as wireless industry.
This is because the FCC is a captured agency, meaning it is run by industry insiders and prioritizes industry ‘wants’ over the safety of people. Case in point: the FCC has set guidelines that are much higher than most countries, at 1,000 watts per centimeter square. The next closest country is Israel and India with levels set at 100 watts per centimeter square. Most countries are set at 10 watts per centimeter square and below. Why are U.S. levels so high? Because these levels allow the wireless industry carte blanche to place as much infrastructure, wherever they want and still comply with the law. This creates health risks for us, but it indemnifies telecom from liability.
As a result:
According to Scientists from the BioInitiative Report, “The FCC and the FDA continue to misinform and deceive the public with outdated and inadequate advice on their websites, and continue to give a false assertion of safety to wireless products in common use. Such reckless abuse of power is an offense to all people who rely on, or are governed by decision-making at the FCC and FDA.”

Why isn't it common knowledge that RF Radiation that emits from our devices and wireless infrastructure is so dangerous? This video explains the complex issues surrounding wireless technology and why local governments feel that their hands are tied when it comes to the irresponsible placement of wireless infrastructure.
