After hearing from engineers, lawyers, doctors and residents gathered in the Los Altos Youth Center Tuesday night (Dec. 18), the Los Altos City Council denied appeals by Verizon and AT&T to install 13 small cell node sites in town.
The discussion, continued from the Oct. 29 meeting, boiled down to Verizon and AT&T representatives claiming that coverage and capacity gaps existed in the city, and the council not believing that was the case.
