You may be wondering if your call or email actually makes a difference. It does! Every call & email is logged in and noted by the staff as to your position! One phone call to each Senator saying:
"My name is ..... and I'm calling to ask the Senator to please oppose AB 965 and AB 1065 when they come before the Energy Utilities and Communications Committee this Tuesday. Thank you for your time." That's it!

Information regarding a call-in option for testimony will be made available and updated the night prior to the hearing date.
When the committee moves to public comment, a moderator will ask for anyone who is wishing to testify in “Support” or “Opposition” of the bill to please press 1-0. An operator will assign you a line number and place you in the queue. Remember your line number, the moderator will call out that number and you will automatically be connected to the meeting.
